To get started Lighthouse Logistics, will need the following information:
FMCSA Operating Authority (Motor Carrier Authority)
Signed contract agreement
Signed Power of Attorney (To book loads on your behalf)
Certificate of Insurance (with Lighthouse Logistics listed as a certificate holder)
Copy of CDL for all drivers
Allow 24 hours after signing dispatcher agreement to setup in our system
